Miles Harland builds and runs online businesses, and tests the tools reviewed on this site against that operating experience. HowItStacks exists because vendor pricing pages don't tell you what things actually cost — so every page here is built from tested limits, dated screenshots, and invoices where a payment is involved, all from accounts we pay for or personally register. Prices and limits are rechecked, and each page's changelog shows exactly what changed. Miles Harland is a pen name; the accounts, invoices, and tests are real.
