The verdict
Systeme.io has four plans: Free ($0), Startup ($17/month), Webinar ($47/month), and Unlimited ($97/month). The pre-payment checkout showed Startup at $17; another live official page still shows $27. Systeme.io says it charges no transaction fees, although payment-processor fees can still apply.
Free ($0) if 3 funnels, 1 automation rule, and 2,000 contacts cover your setup — the free-plan guide below maps the displayed caps line by line.
Compare all four plans
- Startup ($17/month in the pre-payment checkout) is where the grid points once you need a second automation rule, tag, or campaign.
- Webinar ($47/month) is the first tier displaying evergreen webinars; Unlimited ($97/month) displays 'Unlimited' on most rows, with CRM pipelines capped at 100.

We checked the in-account plan grid, the Startup pre-payment order summary, payment-gateway settings, and both official pricing pages on 15 July 2026. Two inconsistencies matter: Systeme is showing two different Startup prices, and its pricing FAQ says unlimited Startup funnels while the comparison grid and upgrade offer display 10.
Scope: we used a Free account and stopped the Startup checkout before payment. Paid-tier figures below are displayed limits, not results from paid use.

Across the rows we captured, the paid tiers mostly buy higher displayed caps on the same features, not new features. The explicit exception is evergreen webinars, which the grid shows as zero below the $47 Webinar plan. If you're deciding between Free and paying at all, the displayed caps most likely to trigger that decision are covered limit-by-limit in our free plan guide.
Is the Startup plan $17 or $27 a month?
$17 — that's what the pre-payment order summary displays. Both prices are live on Systeme's own website right now, and we can show all three data points from 15 July 2026:
- The main pricing page: Startup at $17/month
- An alternate official pricing page, live the same day: $27/month
- The in-account checkout's order summary: "$17.00 every month"

We stopped before payment, so this proves the offer shown rather than a settled invoice. Both official pages were live the day we checked, and we cannot date which one changed first. If you see $27 cited elsewhere, it matches the alternate page that remains live.

Does Systeme.io charge transaction fees?
Systeme's displayed answer is no. Its official pricing page says payments can be accepted using Stripe or PayPal at no extra platform cost, and the in-account Startup offer lists "No transaction fees":

"No transaction fees" means no displayed Systeme platform percentage on your sales. Stripe, PayPal, or another provider may still charge its own processing fees. We did not connect a gateway or settle a payment, so we verified the displayed policy and access rather than a final fee statement. A $0 account showed ten payment options, each with a Connect button and no upgrade prompt.

How much does Systeme.io cost on annual billing?
$170, $470, and $970 per year for Startup, Webinar, and Unlimited — the in-account annual toggle displays each paid tier at ten times its monthly price, which is the advertised "2 months free." In effective monthly terms:
- Startup: $14.17/month billed annually (vs $17 monthly)
- Webinar: $39.17/month billed annually (vs $47 monthly)
- Unlimited: $80.83/month billed annually (vs $97 monthly)
Annual billing breaks even against monthly at ten months of staying subscribed. The free plan doesn't expire, so nothing forces that decision upfront.

Does the pricing page match the product?
Mostly — the prices and headline caps we could cross-check line up. We found two exceptions worth knowing about:
The FAQ contradicts the comparison grid on funnels. Systeme's own pricing-page FAQ says Startup includes 5,000 contacts, unlimited funnels, and 5 courses. The comparison grid on the same website, the alternate pricing page, and the in-account upgrade offer all display 10 sales funnels on Startup. Three surfaces display 10; one FAQ answer says unlimited. Until Systeme clarifies it, we use 10 as the conservative displayed figure.
The free plan has a meter the pricing pages don't mention. Our free account's limits panel displays a meter labeled "Revenue limit" at 0/10000. We found no mention of it on the Systeme pricing surfaces we reviewed, and its unit, period, and enforcement behavior are unexplained — the full detail is in the free plan guide.
Both are why this site tests in real accounts instead of paraphrasing pricing pages.
Which Systeme.io plan should you start on?
Start at $0 unless you already know which displayed cap you will outgrow. Choose based on the first hard limit your setup reaches:
- Free ($0): up to 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, and one each of an automation rule, workflow, tag, and campaign
- Startup ($17/month): more funnels, tags, campaigns, or automation rules, with up to 5,000 contacts
- Webinar ($47/month): evergreen webinars or up to 10,000 contacts
- Unlimited ($97/month): unlimited contacts and most displayed limits removed; CRM pipelines remain capped at 100
Those are displayed plan boundaries. Our direct use and workflow testing is limited to the Free account; the Startup price reached the pre-payment order summary.
FAQ
How much does Systeme.io cost per month?
Four plans: Free at $0, Startup at $17, Webinar at $47, and Unlimited at $97 per month, as displayed in-account and on the main pricing page on 15 July 2026. The Startup checkout's order summary displayed $17.00 every month; we stopped before payment.
Does Systeme.io have a free plan or a free trial?
It has a permanent Free plan, not a time-limited trial. Our account required no card when we registered and displayed no trial countdown. It includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, and one each of several automation features; the dedicated free-plan guide documents every displayed cap.
Is Systeme.io's official pricing the same on every page?
No. On 15 July 2026, Systeme's official pricing page listed Startup at $17/month while an alternate Systeme pricing page listed the same plan at $27/month. The in-account order summary showed $17.00. If you've seen $27 quoted, it matches that alternate page, which was still live the day we checked.
What is the Systeme.io $97 plan?
Unlimited — the top tier. The in-account comparison grid displays unlimited contacts, funnels, email sends and newsletters, courses, and domains, with CRM pipelines capped at 100. We run the free plan and haven't tested Unlimited; those figures are what the grid displays.
Does Systeme.io take a percentage of your sales?
Systeme's displayed answer is no: the pricing page says 'no transaction fees' and the in-account Startup offer lists it as a feature. We haven't processed a live sale to test it. Separate processing fees may still apply under Stripe's or PayPal's own terms — we did not connect a processor.
Do the plans differ in features or just in limits?
Across the comparison rows we captured, most paid-tier changes are higher displayed caps rather than new tools. The clearest feature change is evergreen webinars: zero on Free and Startup, 10 on Webinar, and 'Unlimited' on the Unlimited plan.
Has Systeme.io pricing changed recently?
We started tracking in July 2026, so we can't date earlier moves. What we can show: two Systeme pages live on the same day listing Startup at $17 and $27. Any price change we catch from here lands in this page's changelog.
